At Floral Fixx Design School, all courses and workshops are digital products or pre-scheduled services, meaning our return and refund policy differs from traditional physical products. Please read the following carefully before making a purchase.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Partial Refund: If you request a cancellation at least 14 days before the course start date, you are eligible for a partial refund.
- No Refund: Unfortunately, within two weeks (14 days) of the course start date, all purchases are final, and no refunds will be issued. This is due to course preparation, materials, and limited seating.
Exchanges & Course Transfers
If you are unable to attend your scheduled course, you may be eligible to transfer to a later session, subject to availability. Please contact us at info@thefloralfixx.com as soon as possible to discuss your options.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your course purchase is being made from within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase for any reason, provided the course has not yet started or been accessed.
